Prof. Javier Alba-Tercedor imaged a female grasshopper via Bruker Skyscan-1172 high resolution microtomograph at the Department of Zoology of the University of Granada in Spain with voxel size 7.9µm. The video capture was done with the Bruker-microCT's CTVox free software. You can find the whole procedure in: - Alba-Tercedor, J. (2014). From the sample preparation to the volume rendering images of small animals : A step by step example of a procedure to carry out the micro-CT study of the leafhopper insect Homalodisca vitripennis (Hemiptera: Cicadellidae).
